Who Would You Recommend?

I think just about everyone has someone who helped or inspired them when they first began in their business.


Who was it for you? Was it someone who:

• patiently answered so many questions
• encouraged you when you felt like quitting
• gave you more information than you had requested, just to make sure you understood, or had everything you needed
• steered you in the right direction when you had received false information
• jumped in freely to do something for you that you know you couldn't have accomplished yourself

There are lots of small business entrepreneurs that do those things. They jump in and help when they can. But, there are those out there that do more than that, they actually do become your mentor, watching over you even when you are unaware of it.

So, who was it for you? Or, perhaps, still is. Is there someone that comes to mind, where you can say, "Yup, whenever I have a question, that's who I ask."? Or, "S/he knows and s/he will always be honest with me."

Think about it, who has had that kind of influence, honesty and gone above and beyond the usual, helpfulness that you find in so many internet communities?

Who would you recommend as the most helpful and knowledge person to someone who is just starting out, with a brand new business?
