Steps, steps, did I miss any steps?

I've discovered just how many extra steps I need to take in order to make this business move through to the next level smoothly. After having said that, I hope I didn't miss any! The private messageboard is up, running and already being used, the members website has products, forms, publications and such for them to order and we've already had 3 biweekly meetings.

Then there's the information website. It's up and running and what I found the most difficult was figuring out how do I know if I've said too little so that they clearly understand the entire concept, or if I've said too much and it's getting redundant.

Ok, so there were 2 things, because the other was which page to put things on, because some of the information worked on multiple pages - tough, tough, tough - much more diffucult than I thought it would be.

I mean, the other things, like membership costs, product costs and incentives were easy, because they were based on hard numbers and facts.

But, describing not just what the products are and how you use them, but so many other different aspects that are way different from what they are used to dealing with was difficult.

Firstly, the entire approach to the business is more flexible than they are used to. Then there's the major factor that absolutely no one out there is selling candy wrappers with this concept - there is virtually no competition in the entire direct sales industry. In factor, it so new, innovative and ground breaking that it's giving me problems trying to get people to understand and visualize the entire concept.

Finally, there's the community feeling we are trying to build, the support they will receive and how my entire focus really is to make this soooo successful, I mean huge! I don't think a lot of them are used to the kind of support, personal contact and flexibility we offer.

The great news is that I reached my goal of 18 Founding Members - yaaa! - and we are already growing - as one of my Founding Members said - Can you imagine if you had been in on the ground floor of Tupperware?

Now back to steps, steps, gotta check my steps!
